Payment Options & Policies

Flexible Payment Plan Options:

Full Payment Discount (Best Value)

  • Clients who pay in full upfront receive a $50-$100 USD discount on select packages.
  • Encourages commitment while providing cost savings.

Monthly Payment Plans (For 5 & 10-Session Packages)

  • Clients can split payments over 2-3 months for added flexibility.
  • Requires a signed agreement outlining cancellation terms.
  • International clients must use PayPal or Wise for split payments.

Pay-As-You-Go Option (Higher Rate Per Session)

  • Option to pay per session at a higher rate ($175 USD per session vs. $150 USD per session in a package).
  • Best for clients unsure about long-term commitment while ensuring full compensation for services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Remote Coaching & Consultation Clients:

  • No refunds once sessions are used.
  • If a client cancels mid-package, they may receive a partial refund minus used sessions at the full per-session rate.

For Equine-Assisted Learning Clients:

  • Due to scheduling, facility costs, and horse care, a 50% deposit is required upfront.
  • Remaining balance due before the first session OR paid in installments.
  • Deposits are non-refundable and no refunds are given for late cancellations.

  • Any additional conversion fees imposed by the client’s bank or payment provider are the client’s responsibility.
